We had a fantastic stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city, close to the shopping mall and many restaurants. the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and tidy, with all the amenities one may need. the service provided by the friendly staff was top-notch and the breakfast buffet was yummy, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
The parking was a bit of a challenge, as the hotel had limited parking space and we had to park on the top of the nearby shopping mall.

Great location, close to shopping mall and local shops. Free wifi, good size room with ensuite. Very clean and tidy. Lovely reception staff. Good value breakfast. Accessible to Cologne via rail or tram. Touristy area with UNESCO World Heritage site in walking distance. Helpful staff. Limited but spacious parking. recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and shops, which made it easy to grab a quick bite or pick up any necessities that I needed for my business trip. the free Wi-Fi was a major plus, as it allowed me to stay connected to my work and family back home without any additional fees.
I had some issues with the parking situation. the hotel only had a small parking facility, which meant that I had to park at a nearby mall and walk back to the hotel with my luggage.

Great location in the city center, close to various restaurants and shopping malls. The room was clean, comfy, and nicely sized. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was value for money.

Our recent city break was made even better by the fantastic location of our hotel. It was situated perfectly for easy access into nearby towns via rail or tram, and we were able to explore many great UNESCO World Heritage sites nearby on foot. The staff were incredibly helpful and always on hand to offer advice. We also loved the fact that the hotel was impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay.
the food in the touristy area nearby was not very appealing, and we would have preferred more character in the town itself. while the limited parking was spacious enough, we had to park on the shopping mall's top floor, and it was not easy to approach the hotel during the night.
